1. Pro Monthly Refunds
Pro Monthly is a month-to-month subscription with full access to every course. Cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep access until the end of the current paid month, then the subscription stops renewing.

Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time without penalty — cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the current paid month ends. No prorated refunds on unused days within a paid month after the 7-day window.
2. Pro Annual Refunds
Pro Annual is a 12-month full-catalog subscription paid upfront. If it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase — no questions asked.

The 3-courses threshold prevents misuse (buy Annual, watch the catalog in a week, refund) while protecting learners who sampled a course or two and decided the platform isn't the right fit. No prorated refunds after the 7-day window — the annual payment covers 12 months of access regardless of how much you actually use.
3. Lifetime Access Refunds
Lifetime is a one-time payment for indefinite catalog access. 7-day full refund window applies, with the same consumption threshold as Annual:

- One-time payment, no renewals, no recurring fees.
- Full access to the current catalog plus all new courses added, for as long as LearnAspire operates as a service.
- Certificates you earn are yours — downloadable and verifiable even if you cancel your account or the service changes.
- In the unlikely event we discontinue the service, we will give at least 60 days' advance notice to all Lifetime members via the email address on your account.
- “Lifetime” does not entitle you to a refund if the service is discontinued after the 7-day refund window — it entitles you to access while the service exists and fair notice if it does not.
4. Team & Corporate Plans
Refunds for team licenses, corporate training plans, and B2B subscriptions are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of purchase. If no separate agreement exists, the following applies:
- Plans cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and before any team member has accessed the platform: full refund
- Plans cancelled after first team access: pro-rated credit for unused seats, valid for 12 months
- Annual plans are non-refundable after the 48-hour window

5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are straightforward — just email us:

- Include: your registered email address, course name, and reason (optional but helpful)
- We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process within 5–7 business days
You do not need to provide a reason for refund requests within the eligible window — we will process it automatically. Reasons are helpful for us to improve but are never mandatory.
6. Refund Processing & Timeline
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method:

Refund timelines are controlled by your bank or payment provider, not by LearnAspire. Once we initiate the refund in Razorpay, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you don't receive the refund within the window above, contact your bank first, then email us.
Refunds are issued in INR only. LearnAspire is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank for international cards.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago (any subscription tier)
- Accounts where 3 or more courses' worth of content has been consumed within the 7-day window, or any Certificate of Completion has been issued
- Pro Monthly renewals after the first month — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past months
- Pro Annual subscriptions past the 7-day window — the annual payment covers 12 months regardless of usage
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations
- Gift cards, promotional credits, or 100%-off coupon redemptions
- Purchases made during a limited-time sale where the sale terms explicitly state “non-refundable” — this will be clearly shown at checkout
8. Misuse & Fraud Prevention
LearnAspire monitors refund patterns. Users found to be repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses ("content theft") will have their refund eligibility restricted and accounts may be terminated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Abusive refund behaviour may be reported to Razorpay and relevant financial institutions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance to registered users via email. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility — check the version date above.
