We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If a course isn't right for you, we make it easy to get your money back — within the windows below. Our goal is your success, not to hold on to your money.

1. Individual Course Refunds

If you purchase a single course and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase — with no questions asked.

The 50% consumption threshold prevents misuse while protecting learners who tried the course in good faith and found it unsuitable.

2. Course Bundle Refunds

Bundles (multi-course packs) carry a 14-calendar-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to a consumption threshold:

3. Team & Corporate Plans

Refunds for team licenses, corporate training plans, and B2B subscriptions are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of purchase. If no separate agreement exists, the following applies:

  • Plans cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and before any team member has accessed the platform: full refund
  • Plans cancelled after first team access: pro-rated credit for unused seats, valid for 12 months
  • Annual plans are non-refundable after the 48-hour window

For corporate refund requests, email enterprise@learnaspire.com with your order reference and company name.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are straightforward — just email us:

Steps to claim a refund:

  1. Email support@learnaspire.com
  2. Subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
  3. Include: your registered email address, course name, and reason (optional but helpful)
  4. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process within 5–7 business days

You do not need to provide a reason for refund requests within the eligible window — we will process it automatically. Reasons are helpful for us to improve but are never mandatory.

5. Refund Processing & Timeline

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method:

Refund timelines are controlled by your bank or payment provider, not by LearnAspire. Once we initiate the refund in Razorpay, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you don't receive the refund within the window above, contact your bank first, then email us.

Refunds are issued in INR only. LearnAspire is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank for international cards.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Courses where a Certificate of Completion has been issued
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago (individual) or 14 days ago (bundles)
  • Courses where 50% or more of modules have been completed (individual) or 20%+ consumed (bundle)
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Courses purchased at a discounted price during a limited-time sale where the sale terms explicitly state "non-refundable" — this will be clearly shown at checkout

7. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

LearnAspire monitors refund patterns. Users found to be repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses ("content theft") will have their refund eligibility restricted and accounts may be terminated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Abusive refund behaviour may be reported to Razorpay and relevant financial institutions.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance to registered users via email. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility — check the version date above.
