Terms & Conditions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Learner", or "Customer") and LearnAspire ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the platform accessible at learnaspire.com (the "Platform"). References to "LearnAspire" include its proprietors, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates.

LearnAspire provides:

• Online, self-paced IT learning courses accessible through the Platform
• AI-assisted tutoring and course interaction features
• Digital certificates of completion upon meeting course requirements
• Optional premium features including team/corporate access dashboards

All courses are delivered digitally. No physical materials are included unless explicitly stated in the course description.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a course. By creating an account you represent that all information you submit is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@learnaspire.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. LearnAspire is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

One individual may hold one account. Corporate team accounts are subject to separate B2B agreements.

All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that specific transaction.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway). LearnAspire does not store your card or bank details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Use.

Upon successful payment you will receive a tax invoice at your registered email address. This invoice is required for any GST input credit claims.

Automatic renewal (Pro Monthly and Pro Annual): subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current renewal price. You authorise LearnAspire (via Razorpay) to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of past payments except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Pricing changes: LearnAspire may change regular prices, launch prices, and promotional pricing at any time. Any change to renewal prices for existing Pro Monthly or Pro Annual subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments; subsequent price changes do not retroactively affect Lifetime members already in the catalog.

LearnAspire reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, technical failures, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the course content for the duration of your active plan.

Pro Monthly: access is granted for the current paid month; access expires at the end of the billing period if you cancel or payment fails.

Pro Annual: access is granted for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of purchase.

Lifetime: access is granted for the operational lifetime of the LearnAspire platform. “Lifetime” in this context means for as long as LearnAspire operates as a service offering online courses to the general public. Lifetime access includes:

• All courses currently in the catalog at the time of purchase
• All new courses added to the catalog thereafter, at no additional charge
• Access to the AI Tutor and all standard platform features as they exist from time to time

Lifetime does not guarantee perpetual existence of the platform, nor does it entitle you to a refund or compensation if LearnAspire ceases operations after the refund window has passed. See Section 13 (Service Discontinuation) for our commitments in that scenario.

Access is for your personal educational use only. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer your account or access credentials
• Allow multiple individuals to use a single account simultaneously or sequentially
• Record, screenshot, download, or reproduce course content in any form
• Use course content for commercial training of third parties without a B2B licence agreement
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the Platform by automated means
• Use any automated tool, bot, or script to access, interact with, or download content from the Platform

LearnAspire may enforce these restrictions by technical means (including rate limits, IP restrictions, session limits, and device fingerprinting) and may suspend or terminate accounts detected to be in violation, without refund.

All course content, including text, code, exercises, quizzes, video, graphics, and AI-generated material, is the intellectual property of LearnAspire or its licensed contributors and is protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957).

Your purchase grants you a limited licence to view and interact with course content within the Platform. No ownership or copyright is transferred to you.

If you submit feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant LearnAspire a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback for platform improvement.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of LearnAspire or any third party
• Post, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Introduce malware, bots, or other harmful code
• Circumvent or interfere with security or access-control features

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and access, without refund.

Digital certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments. Certificates confirm course completion on the LearnAspire platform only and do not constitute formal academic qualifications or professional certifications recognised by any regulatory body unless explicitly stated.

LearnAspire is not liable for any employment or licensing decisions made on the basis of a certificate issued by the Platform.

The Platform and all course content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. LearnAspire does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Course content will be complete, accurate, or up to date at all times
• Completion of any course will result in employment, promotion, or certification

Technology and best practices evolve rapidly. While we strive to keep content current, you should verify version-specific technical details against official documentation before applying them in production environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnAspire's aggregate liability to you arising out of or related to these Terms, the Platform, any course, the AI Tutor, or any other service provided by LearnAspire, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total aggregate amount actually paid by you to LearnAspire during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand), whichever is lower.

In no event shall LearnAspire, its proprietors, directors, employees, agents, contractors, or content contributors be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, or business opportunity
• Loss of data, goodwill, or professional reputation
• Employment, promotion, certification, or income outcomes
• Losses arising from your reliance on course content, AI-generated responses, or certificates
• Losses arising from interruptions, downtime, bugs, or technical issues with the Platform

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages were foreseeable or LearnAspire was advised of the possibility of such damages. The existence of more than one claim shall not enlarge this limit.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or fraud.

LearnAspire may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. In cases of fraud or serious misconduct, no refund will be issued.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@learnaspire.com. Closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund; our Refund Policy applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

For consumer grievances under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, please contact our Grievance Officer at legal@learnaspire.com. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The latest version will always be available at learnaspire.com/terms.

Course scenarios, case studies, exercises, and narrative examples on the LearnAspire platform use entirely fictional company names, organisation names, character names, and situational details for illustrative and pedagogical purposes only.

Examples include, but are not limited to, names such as “Acme Financial Services”, “Maya”, and similar fictional entities. These are invented solely to provide realistic, relatable learning contexts and do not refer to, represent, or imply any connection with any real person, company, organisation, product, or event, whether living or defunct.

Any resemblance to actual persons (living or deceased), real companies, organisations, events, or locales is entirely coincidental. LearnAspire makes no representation that the practices, scenarios, or outcomes depicted in fictional course content reflect the actual operations or practices of any real-world entity.

The LearnAspire AI Tutor and other AI-assisted features (collectively, “AI Features”) generate responses using large language models and may produce information that is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. AI Features are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.

AI Features do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as:

• Legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, or investment advice
• Professional engineering, architectural, or security-review recommendations for production systems
• Authoritative statements of fact or guarantees of any particular outcome
• A substitute for qualified professional advice or official documentation

You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated content against authoritative sources (including official documentation for any technology, tool, or framework) before acting on it — particularly in production environments, safety-critical systems, or contexts where errors could cause financial, legal, or operational harm. LearnAspire disclaims all liability arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may not use the AI Tutor or any AI Feature to generate, request, or extract content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or intended for resale or redistribution. LearnAspire may monitor AI Feature usage for abuse, quality control, and product improvement, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LearnAspire, its proprietors, directors, employees, agents, contractors, content contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms, any policy referenced herein, or any applicable law
• Your use or misuse of the Platform, any course content, certificates, or AI Features
• Your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any third party
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
• Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or redistribution of course content by you
• Any reliance placed by any third party on a certificate issued to you

LearnAspire reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.

LearnAspire may discontinue, suspend, or materially change any part of the Platform or any specific course at any time. In the event we discontinue the Platform as a whole, we will provide registered users, including Lifetime members, with at least sixty (60) days' advance notice via the email address on your account.

During the notice period:

• You will retain access to the Platform and any course you have enrolled in
• Certificates you have earned will remain downloadable and verifiable
• Any unused portion of an active paid subscription may be eligible for a prorated refund at LearnAspire's discretion, subject to our Refund Policy

Lifetime members are not entitled to a refund in the event of service discontinuation after the 7-day refund window from original purchase. Lifetime access is access for the operational lifetime of the platform, not a guarantee of perpetual operation. This is made explicit in the pricing page at the time of purchase and in our Refund Policy.

LearnAspire is not liable for any damages arising from service discontinuation, change, or interruption, subject to Section 10.

LearnAspire is not liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, floods, fires, or earthquakes
• Acts of government, regulatory changes, or changes in applicable law
• Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or labour disputes
• Failures or disruptions of internet infrastructure, cloud hosting providers, payment gateways, CDN providers, or third-party APIs on which the Platform depends
• Cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised access not attributable to negligence by LearnAspire
• Power outages, hardware failures, or telecommunications failures

During a force majeure event, LearnAspire will make reasonable efforts to restore service but is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or compensation for the duration of the event.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any purchase-specific terms accepted at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and LearnAspire regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver is only effective if it is in writing and signed by an authorised representative of LearnAspire.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations under them, to any third party without our prior written consent. LearnAspire may assign these Terms and its rights hereunder to any successor, affiliate, or acquirer in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, without your consent.

Survival. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including, without limitation, Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (AI Tutor Disclaimer), 16 (Indemnification), 17 (Service Discontinuation), 19 (Miscellaneous), and 12 (Governing Law & Disputes) — shall survive.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms are for the benefit of you and LearnAspire only. No third party has any rights to enforce any provision of these Terms.

Headings. Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; the English version governs in case of conflict.
