Using the prompt templates, audit checklists, and review frameworks built across Modules 1β5, you will produce a complete, deployment-ready AI-Augmented Hiring Workflow Package scoped to Patchwork Software's open Senior Customer Success Manager requisition β a role with a 71-day time-to-hire history, a DEI audit flag on prior screening decisions, and a hiring manager who rejected the last two JD drafts. The package must include: a finalized JD that has passed the Artifact Checklist and is formatted to Greenhouse ATS character limits; a resume screening prompt and scoring rubric calibrated to the CSM competency framework; a candidate shortlist memo template with adverse impact flag fields completed; an interview scheduling email sequence (three-stage) with AI-generated panel prep notes; and a one-page Workflow Audit Record documenting every AI-generated element, the review steps applied, and the sign-off gate before each artifact enters a live process.
